A Dance Pass includes all milongas (five events); it does not include workshops, which you need to select separately on the booking form.
Check the Festival Programme for further details and timings of workshops, and for Saturday and Sunday lunch and evening dinner options.
Please note that until you have paid for your booking and have received your confirmation email your booking is not confirmed.

We’re still getting booking forms from those who have missed the announcements that the Festival is now full. Please note that we really appreciate the interest; it’s fantastic that so many people from the UK and beyond wish to join us. We’re happy to add you to the waiting list, but cannot, of course, guarantee that a place will become available.

Once you’ve completed the form, email it to julie@magick2go.com. If you have any problems completing the form on your device you are welcome to print it out and complete it manually, then take a photo of it and email that to the address above. Isn’t technology wonderful?

Notes
Each participant must complete a registration form. If booking with a partner, the partner’s name should appear on both forms.
You do not need to select individual milongas if you choose a dance pass.
Please ensure that you fill in all the contact details in the first section of the form (Name, Address, Phone and Email).
Prices do not appear in the form as they will vary depending on whether you are making an ‘early bird’ booking (see above), and how many workshops you are planning to attend. You will receive an invoice for the total cost, plus payment details, after we receive your completed registration form. Payment is by bank transfer or by sending a cheque to the address below.
Don’t forget to check the Festival Programme for further details and timings of workshops.
We would like you, if possible, to book as a Leader and Follower couple. It doesn’t mean you have to do classes or dance all weekend together! It does help us to balance the numbers as we go along, rather than putting the Followers on hold until the Leaders catch up. Leaders please therefore try to help the Followers by booking early.
Dual Lead/Follower Dancers
As we wish to achieve a balance of leaders and followers at workshops it is important that we know which role you intend to take. If you complete the form above we shall assume that the leader or follower selection you made in the first part of the form will also apply to your role in the selected workshops.
It has been brought to our attention, however, a ‘leader’ may wish to follow at certain workshops, or vice versa. If this is the case you will need to email us with lead/follow details for the appropriate workshop/s so we can ensure the correct Lead/Follow balance.

Food
After listening to feedback from previous years, we have decided not to offer food in the evenings. We will give you information about local places where you can eat or order takeway food to have delivered to eat together in our Tango Cafe.
We may be able to offer sandwiches and other snack items. We will tell you about this nearer the time.
