King Edward VII School

King Edward VII School is the venue for all Sheffield Tango Festival events. This is a very impressive listed building built between 1838-1840, which has a fascinating history and beautiful interior.  We will be able to enjoy all social dancing and classes in several rooms of the school, including the stunning assembly hall with balcony.

The School is located in a really lovely green area of Sheffield not far from the City Centre.  There are lots of pubs, restaurants and bars in walking distance. The Botanical Gardens, always stunning in springtime, are literally round the corner and just five minutes away is Endcliffe Park which leads to Bingham Park and eventually into the Peak District – if you need a break from dancing, or before or after the weekend if you have time to spare.
